Vecellio Group’s Asphalt Facilities Earn NAPA’s Diamond Commendations
(4th Quarter 2008)
The Vecellio Groups asphalt production facilities have once again received Diamond Achievement Commendations from the National Asphalt Pavement Association, reflecting the high operating standards at all of the sites.
The well-respected Green Diamond program recognizes excellence in six areas of hot-mix asphalt production: overall plant/site appearance; operations; environmental practices; safety; permitting/regulatory compliance; and community relations.
In Florida, Ranger Constructions Winter Garden, DeBary, Grant, Ft. Pierce and West Palm Beach plants, along with Ranger Souths Pompano Beach and Miami plants, all received Green Diamonds, while all three Sharpe Bros. plants in Greensboro, N.C., also received the commendations.
